Privacy & Data Removal

How RadarLeads handles business data, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022, "UU PDP").

What we collect

RadarLeads lists businesses, not private individuals. For each business it keeps what the business itself publishes: name, category, address and map location, rating, phone, website, and the social media accounts and email shown on the business's own website.

Sources: public Google Maps listings, OpenStreetMap, the business's public website, and public web search results for business accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Threads (link, name, bio text and any phone number written in it). Nothing is bought, nothing is read from inside those platforms, and no login is used.

Facebook groups: public group names and links, and public group posts as they appear in web search results (the post text shown there, when it was posted, and a phone number only if the author wrote it in the post, for example in a "jual …" or "cari …" post). Private groups and Facebook Marketplace are not searched. To remove a post, use the removal request below with the post link.

People Discovery shows professionals as they appear in public LinkedIn search results: name, job title, company, location and the profile link. RadarLeads never guesses or stores a personal email address or phone number; the contact details shown are the company's own office phone and email.

Some contact details of small businesses (for example a WhatsApp number or a Gmail address) can belong to a person. We treat these as personal data under UU PDP.

Why

To help companies find and contact other businesses (B2B prospecting). The data must not be used for consumer marketing, spam, or anything unrelated to contacting the business.

How long

The business catalog is rebuilt from the public sources on every full update (normally daily). A business that no longer appears in the sources drops out of the catalog at the next update.

Search results from the social and people searches are kept for 30 days so repeated searches are fast, then deleted. A lead is only kept longer when a user saves it.

Saved leads and notes stay in your browser when you are signed out. When you are signed in they are stored in your account so you can use them on other devices; deleting a lead removes it.

Your rights

A business owner or authorised representative may ask to see, correct, or remove the data about their business, and anyone may ask for their own LinkedIn or social profile to be removed. A removal is honoured permanently: the business or profile link is added to a suppression list, the scraper never stores it again, and the app never shows it, even before the next update.

Request removal

Send the business name and address (or the RadarLeads id shown in the page address, starting with "GM-"), or the link of the LinkedIn or social profile to remove. Every company profile also has a "Request removal" link with the details filled in.
